For Ages 16+ who have sufficient experience with functional training
The Intermediate class is focused on increasing proficiency in the sport of CrossFit and moving towards prime health and fitness Classes are generally structured in two sections. The first section focuses on developing strength, endurance or a particular skill. The second section includes either metabolic conditioning of different formats (workouts with medium to high intensity) or functional bodybuilding. The idea is to achieve mastery of basic movements and continually build strength, acquire more complex skills, and become proficient with functional movements at moderate to high intensities. Once the athlete becomes proficient with the more technical movements, they will be promoted to the Advanced class.
