For Ages 6-13 who wish to start their fitness journey early in life.


    Service Description

    The goal is to acclimatise youngsters to movement and resistance training as early as possible for an improved lifestyle. Classes are generally structured in two sections. The first section focuses on developing strength, endurance or a particular skill. The second section includes either metabolic conditioning of different formats (workouts with medium to high intensity) or functional bodybuilding. The idea is to instil the qualities of hard work, resilience, and mental strength in the athlete’s character, as well as to educate them on the benefits of fitness on physical health. With a strong fitness base, athletes have an easier pathway into professional sport even on an international level.
